The class offer a Autism specific learning environment and is physically structured in accordance with the TEACCH module with specific areas for learning, group work and play.
The class provides a well planned, vibrant, broad curriculum which is strengthened by a knowledge of each individual child. Each child will have an Individual Education Plan (IEP) which highlights priority learning needs and is reviewed termly. These are based on SCERTS assessments.

Pupils’ additional needs are supported as appropriate with physiotherapy, rebound therapy, hydrotherapy, sensory activities and communication.
