SenCom – Hearing Impaired Service
The Hearing Impaired Service provides advice on communication skills, language development and the management of a hearing impaired child, also guidance and support to the family or child with hearing impairment.
Our aim is to assist all children and young people, with an identified hearing loss, to achieve their maximum potential through participation in lifelong learning. The team is comprised of both teachers of the deaf and nursery nurses.
